Fleurs Touch (“Fleurs Touch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a wedding floral design studio based in Tacoma, Washington. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit fleurstouch.com (the “Site”) or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue and location, the floral items you need, and details about your wedding vision.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

With your permission, we may coordinate with your wedding planner, venue or other vendors you introduce us to.

Photos of Our Work
The Site features photographs of weddings we have designed, many taken by professional wedding photographers who are credited where possible. If you appear in a photo on the Site and would like it removed, please email us and we will remove it promptly.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses of your information. Wherever you live, you can make any of these requests by emailing us at dana@fleurstouch.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.
California residents: We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require an opt-out.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to other websites and social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest, and to our photographers’ galleries. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
